COATBRIDGE - The original home of Spedeworth Scotland running for  less than a single season in 1965.
9 meetings were run in total at Coatbridge, the 1st being on 18/4/65 and the last on 11/7/65, a month before the move to Cowdenbeath.
Like Cowdenbeath, the track at Coatbridge was located round a football pitch.
Now 40 years on a few parts of the track can be made out surviving round the football pitch which remains the home of Albion Rovers FC, who remain in the lower region of Scottish football.
